DELIVERY TIMES

We ship worldwide via DPD couriers. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a DPD tracking number.

Orders received by 12 pm WET (Western European Time) will normally be received 2-3 days for delivery to Ireland and UK. Generally, orders to all other countries in Europe will be received within 5-6 days.

RETURNS

We operate a no-quibble 30 day returns policy. Items can be exchanged for another item or refunded if returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in the original packaging.

RETURNS & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All customers can return unopened Cosaint products for 14 days (starting from the day the said product is delivered) for a full refund.

Cosaint Skin Care, however, does not accept returns for products whose boxes have been opened.

Items ordered online or purchased in-store should all be returned to our physical store in Dublin, Ireland.

Cosaint Skin Care Ltd is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

COST OF RETURN SHIPPING

You must pay the shipping costs for the return.
Cosaint Skin Care Ltd will refund this cost to you in certain circumstances, which are outlined below.
There will be NO additional delivery charge when we send an exchanged item back to you.

NUMBER OF DAYS TO RETURN

Returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase. For “Sale” items the returns and exchanges must take place within 14 days of purchase.

REASON FOR RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know by email at [email protected] or by calling us during office hours on +353-1-677 7962.

If there is a genuine fault with your purchase Cosaint Skin Care Ltd will refund the cost of your return.
However, if you would simply like to return your purchase, we will refund you the item’s value, excluding shipping costs.

Items must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as purchased. The value of returns, exchanges, or refunds is the item’s value at the time of purchase.

REFUND PROCESS

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

WARRANTY

Cosaint Skin Care warrants the devices for 12 months after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty quality or materials arising from Normal Use of the device. The warranty* covers working parts that affect the function of the device. *Warranty does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. The purchase order or receipt of the purchase must be presented to confirm the warranty.
