Information that you provide by filling in forms on www.cosaintskincare.ie, (“our site”), including for purchasing goods or services (including gift vouchers), creating or updating an account, entering competitions or applying for special promotions, signing up for offers or other updates, and/or when you sign up to any of our email lists. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond.

Information that you provide when you interact with us on social media or when you click on an ad that we put on our site or on someone else’s website.

Cookie – utmb and utmc. Name – Google Analytics Tracking Cookies. Purpose – used to check approximately when a visit starts, ends and how fast people leave the site.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payment information is never taken by us or transferred to us either through our website or otherwise. Our employees and contractors never have access to it.

 

At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of PayPal or Stripe. That page may be branded to look like a page on our website, but it is not controlled by us.


Never send your bank or credit card details to us by email or other than by the form on our site which requests payment details. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never, ever ask for sensitive information via email.

When ordering products or services on the site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number.
